Neighbourhood Property Management | Lettings is an independently managed, family run business  specialising in residential lettings and property management. Our knowledgeable team, based in the North West, are committed to ensuring your property dealings run as smoothly as possible.

We offer a premium service for our private client base.

Neighbourhood Lettings is the brainchild of siblings, Christopher and Elizabeth Wilson, collectively backed by two decades of first-hand experience in managing and letting property, fully understanding the need to let, manage and profit from assets as swiftly as possible.

Considerable investment has been made in upgrading our IT systems, moving from desktop software to cloud based systems. This allows us to work from any location, increasing responsiveness and client satisfaction. Such mobile working removes the significant operating overheads associated with traditional high street locations, allowing us to pass on significant savings to both landlords and tenants alike.

  • Minimizing business related travel, promoting the use of public transport and share travel/ commuting.
  • Supporting our community through charitable donations and environmental education.
  • Maintaining and promoting bike purchase and cycle-to-work schemes for all our employees. Liz and Anne enjoy a bike ride into work!

Charities

Local people are dealing with hunger every day. Too many families are worrying about their next meal because of circumstances beyond their control. The current Coronavirus pandemic has only increased demand for food parcels and urgent support.

Local people need us now more than ever.

CHELWOOD FOODBANK PLUS IS HERE FOR YOU.

We have been serving Stockport since 2013. We provide urgent practical support to local people.

In 2021, we issued 3100 food parcels and supported 4366 adults and 2663 children.

Everything we do is made possible by our team of wonderful volunteers. Without these amazing souls we truly could not function. There is a place for everybody to use their strengths and gifts here in the food bank family.

We are a local charity who offer a range of services to help and support women, men and children who are affected by domestic abuse. Everyone has the right to live their life free from fear, violence and abuse.
