PRIORITY 1
WITHIN 24 HOURS
Dangerous gas or electrical fault.
Major plumbing leaks with risk of flood damage.
Drainage problem where all toilets are affected.
PRIORITY 2
WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS
Minor plumbing leak causing no damage.
Drainage problem with one toilet affected.
PRIORITY 3
WITHIN 14-28 WORKING DAYS
Non-urgent items not practical to leave until routine property inspection.
